What you would do:
- Conduct a high number of outbound calls per day - these are customers who have already expressed interest in our services - there is no cold calling!
- Manage inbound calls efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Skillfully handle and organize schedules for service technicians to optimize productivity
- Send emails and call customers to confirm appointments
- Guarantee accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company procedures in all paperwork, data entry, and correspondence
- Perform administrative functions to support all departments as needed
What we need for this role:
- 1+ year of recent customer service experience, required
- Previous computer and phone skills, required
- Previous experience with scheduling and appointment setting, preferred
- Regular, reliable, punctual on-site attendance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Comfortable with being on the phone for large portions of the day
