Appointment Scheduler/Customer Service Representative

Since 1974, we have served as the region's leader in crawl space encapsulation, healthy indoor air quality, and basement waterproofing services. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and customer-driven Customer Service Representative/Scheduler to join our award-winning team.

What you would do:

• Conduct a high number of outbound calls per day - these are customers who have already expressed interest in our services - there is no cold calling!
• Manage inbound calls efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Skillfully handle and organize schedules for service technicians to optimize productivity
• Send emails and call customers to confirm appointments
• Guarantee accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company procedures in all paperwork, data entry, and correspondence
• Perform administrative functions to support all departments as needed

What we need for this role:

• 1+ year of recent customer service experience, required
• Previous computer and phone skills, required
• Previous experience with scheduling and appointment setting, preferred
• Regular, reliable, punctual on-site attendance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Comfortable with being on the phone for large portions of the day
