Service Technician

What You Would Do

• Represent the company through telephone contact and in-person interactions
• Ensure all paperwork, data entry, and estimate information is accurate and entered into our sales system
• Serve as the point of contact for customers in accordance to their service and maintenance needs
• Is organized and able to properly maintain multiples client proposals
• Aptly responds to customers inquiries via phone calls, texting, or email as needed
• Has good time management skills to reliably show up for service calls and annual inspections on installed systems
• Provides customers with a remarkable experience
• Person must be capable of lifting eighty or more pounds and is comfortable working in confined spaces
• Ability to inspect, diagnose and recommend additional products or services to address customers needs

What we need for this Role

• Strong verbal and listening communication skills
• A valid Drivers license and clean driving record
• Bilingual is a plus
• Previous sales and general understanding of home construction and drainage systems is a plus

This position is for someone who will make great in person impressions with our clients, we are looking to find self-driven and motivated people who are friendly and organized. This position includes an hourly salary as well as commission on their sales.
