Martin Esparza

Martin had begun his working career in framing, roofing, and ventilation. In his thirty years within building and construction he grew an appreciation for being able to help homeowners add value to their homes. He had a desire for learning which led to him earning his lead paint renovation certification, shingle master elite certification as well has his EPA certification. Since joining John's Waterproofing he furthered his knowledge by becoming a certified basement and crawl space specialist. His favorite part of the job is being able to add value to customers homes while sharing knowledge so homeowners can make educated choices. 

In his free time, Martin enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, camping, as well as coaching football.
