Montanna West

Tanna comes to John's Waterproofing with over five years of experience in the customer service industry. Through this time she learned how much she enjoys getting to meet new people, hear their stories, and help people find solutions. With this in mind, she attended the University of Oregon and began paving her path into the marketing world through her studies. Since joining John's Waterproofing as our marketing representative, her favorite part of the job is being able to visit job sites to take photos and videos of the work our crews do, and being able to post content on our website based on these visits. While on-site, she also enjoys getting to chat with the homeowners, and hear how our solutions are addressing their concerns and how excited they are to enjoy the benefits that come with our systems. 

In her free time, Tanna likes to spend time with her dog, golf, and go snowboarding.
