ADDRESSING EXTERIOR FACTORS THAT CAN CAUSE WATER ISSUES

I'm sure many of you are doing the same thing I did this last two weeks, yard work. Spring is the time we shake off the winter blues and get outdoors. With everything in bloom and looking gorgeous I get that nagging urge to update, renovate and get my yard garden party ready. Here are a few tips to make sure that your soggy grass doesn't dampen the party.

• Are the gutters clean? Full gutters ensure that water can't travel to the downspouts and will instead just gush out. 
• Do your downspouts flow away from the house? All the water from a rain is being routed to the downspouts. Ensure they flow away from the house and lawn to a proper drainage area. 
• If those things are fine and you still have puddles, call us for a free inspection!
