For most sales, the crawlspace solution is our PPP; Pipe, pump, and plastic. This includes a full parameter pipe system to collect groundwater. A Sump Pump to push collected water safely out and away from the home. Then a layer of 6 Mil vapor barrier laid over it. This gets the home up to code and ready for a sale. As an added bonus, this system can be paid through escrow!
