In this basement, we installed a waterproofing system, along with basement wall systems. The Waterguard perimeter drain system works to channel water into the Triplesafe sump pump, which will then pump the water out of the basement and into an area far away from the home. The wall systems work to add comfort to the basement while acting as a vapor barrier against moisture that can seep in through the porous concrete. They will also channel any water that seeps in higher up on the walls into the Waterguard system as well. This basement is now protected against water and moisture and looks great: the perfect foundation for any basement finishing job.
