Water was getting into the crawlspace and the homeowner wanted to look into waterproofing options. Our inspector went out and recommended a crawlspace encapsulation. We installed a smart sump pump to pump out water thru a new discharge line far away from the home. Along with our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier that cleans the air of mold spores and dust all while keeping the humidity down avoiding moisture in the crawlspace. We installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier and insulated it with our spray foam insulation. The homeowner was so happy that she doesn't have to worry about water in her crawlspace again.

We lay CleanSpace drain matting down so that any water coming in can drain correctly to the sump pump.
Sump pump
Our SmartSump pump is designed for crawlspaces. It is airtight lid with a WaterWatch Flood Alert System that will sound off if water reaches to high to avoid damage.

Water was leaking in and the old vapor barrier was allowing water and mud thru making a huge mess and a humid crawlspace.
