Customer called for us to Winterize their basement. As the water seems to be at its worst between the season change of Fall and Winter. We had Manuel take care of this situation with his crew. They had to completely demolish one wall due to the damage that was caused by the water damage that was occurring. To collect the water they installed the patented WaterGuard system along the walls of the entire basement. Which leads to the SmartSump pump to gather the water and discharge it out of the space. Leaving the space dry and water damage free, they did leave the support beams showing so that the homeowner could restore the space as wanted. Leaving them excited for their project of making the space their own.
