As the water turned into condensation it was sticking to the homes underside, causing damage.
Weeping Walls
The walls concrete had water creeping through the porous spots, allowing water to get in over the top of the vapor barrier.
CleanSpace Around each Pier
We secured a new vapor barrier; Cleanspace. This is isolated around each post and is a 20 Mil thick woven material that is tear and rip resistant.
Anchored and sealed
Our installers use anchors to secure our Cleanspace and also seal in the material so no water moisture can creep in.
