Photo Album: Pooling Water and Mold Spores in the Crawlspace - Waldport, OR

This home had water flooding over their old vapor barrier. When our design specialist arrived, mold spores were also found on the wooden portions of the foundation nestled in with the old fiberglass insulation. To remediate these issues we pulled out all of the old insulation and barrier. We then installed a full crawlspace encapsulation system to properly insulate the space and keep it dry and healthy.

Fiberglass insulation is not made to be exposed to the elements, water weight will cause it to drop and fall apart

Sump Pump

A full parameter drainage system was installed to bring all water to a new TripleSafe sump pump which then diverts all water out and safely away from the home.
