This homeowner called us for a couple of reasons. Firstly, they did not know what was under their home, and were unable to check it out themselves. Secondly they knew the home was not secured to the foundation and they wanted to have the home retrofitted should an earthquake hit. We scheduled a full inspection and put together a quote for the homes seismic retrofitting and an encapsulation. They moved forward with the full proposal and their home is now protected.
