Photo Album: Damp Crawlspace in need of Repair - Estacada, OR

This homes crawlspace was damp and had mildew growing along the wooden beams behind the old fiberglass. The wooden posts had water stains, but luckily these had not begun to rot. To prevent further issues from occurring, the homeowners chose to move forward with a full encapsulation.
