Photo Album: Repairing Cracks in Boring, OR

This home had crack repair and a waterproofing system installed years ago, however they had gone with a cheap company that had said they could do a partial system, and still solve all of the homes issues. But this meant that only some of the floor cracks had drainage lines, and the sump pump was very basic. It seemed to work for a short while, but then water began to appear in the cracks that hadn't been addressed. As more rain came along, the sump pump couldn't handle the water, and it began to pool. The homeowners wanted a real solution and called up John's Waterproofing to hear about their options to repair this poorly done job. To solve the issue we pulled out the other work, installed leech lines for all of the floor cracks and installed a new Sump Pump with a SaniDry dehumidifier. This basement can now truly stay dry and healthy.
