This homes finished basement had a leak that was causing mildew and dampness, with the concentrated amount of water coming from the portions of the home that had the hillside running to it. With water flowing down the hill it would exert excess hydrostatic pressure along this portion of the home. While we did a full basement waterproofing system in the basement, we also installed a system to collect the hill water as it came down to the home. This system would collect the water and send it along the homes downspout extension that sends the water safely away from the homes foundation.
