This basement had a general grade to a single drain in the floor. For the most part this helped to keep the space dry. The homeowners also painted on a waterproof paint to help keep water from coming up through the floor. But water is persistent and where the water flows often, the paint buckles and peels. To keep the space dry all of the time, they need a system up for the job, and they call upon John's Waterproofing. We install a WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, and install our BrightWall paneling. Now the homeowners can enjoy a dry basement all of the time, no more waiting for the paint to peel.
