This homeowner called us up since they knew they would need a new vapor barrier. They also had concerns about mold since it smelled a bit funky under the home. The space was musty and layers of dirt and dust were over the old vapor barrier. We then worked with the homeowner to craft a solution that would suit their homes needs and budget.

The vapor barrier dipped and collected dirt where water had discovered the low spots

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier

We sealed the space up with CleanSpace, the 30 Mil vapor barrier is installed under each wooden post, attached and sealed along the foundation wall, and every seam is sealed shut with a special four inch wide vapor proof tape.
