Thermaldry Wall Insulation in La Pine, Oregon
Challenge
When our team first went out to this house the homeowner was well underway with a variety of home improvement tasks. One of these tasks included taking care of the moisture in the basement and creating a gorgeous family room that they can utilize for years to come
Solution
Our crews first installed water guard to ensure that we took care of the existing moisture issues in the basement. With WaterGuard firmly in place, the team set about to insulating the walls.
Thermaldry is a thin, non-permeable inorganic material that provides a thermal break between the cold cement walls and the space the family is looking to heat and live in.
Once our team completed the Thermaldry insulation, the owner proceeded to finish out the walls and added carpet to make this a dry, warm and beautiful space.
Basements are a drafty and often unlivable space. This homeowner wanted more than that. The application of Thermaldry provides a great base and insulation to build out the basement.
