Adding Drainage and a TrenchDrain to Logsden Basement

Challenge
This home's water intrusion was concentrated around the basement entryway. This doorway had an exterior walkway that would have water pooling in the doorway, and creeping into the basement.
Solution
To solve this issue we installed a TrenchDrain by the entryway, with a perforated pipe system installed around the interior parameter. All of the water collected is diverted to a newly installed TripleSafe sump pump, which then pushes all of the water safely out and away from the foundation of the home.
