This homeowner had just purchased their home and noticed that the basement had moisture and leaking around the windows. Continuous exposure to moisture and water can be very damaging to the foundation. Mold loves to grow in damp and dark places and that air travels up to your home into the air you are breathing. Ramon and his crew went in and installed our patented WaterGuard system that is installed around the parameter of the basement and drains the water into a sump pump to be pumped out away from the home. The basement window had been leaking and water stains and mold were growing underneath. We installed a Well Duct that properly drains that water down into the WaterGuard system. This homeowner was so glad that they fixed the problem before it got worse and they can now enjoy their new home without worrying about mold and foundation problems.

When installing the WaterGuard we cut about 6-9 inches from the wall to place the drainage system and will be unseen when we cement over.
