The basement has a crawl space that is attached on one side, which was starting to give off a very musty and wet smell. Creating a concern for mold growth to arise. We installed our 20 mil CleanSpace with SprayFoam to seal off the crawl space portion. With a SaniDry XP to regulate moisture and humidity levels in the basement.
