The customers had just remodeled the split level ranch style home when water damage was evident. So they weren't too excited about how we had to dig a trench for the WaterGuard along the perimeter of the basement. After the installation of the WaterGuard and the Thermal Flooring, they were pleasantly surprised to see it looked better then what they had prior.
