Annette found our company online and gave us a call because she had some water coming into her basement and was concerned about mold issues and damage to her structure. We quickly got her on the schedule and our senior Design Specialist Jake went out to see what we could do to best help her. Jake found the leaking area and got her scheduled to get a new drainage system put install a new sump pump.  Lupe and his crew went out and did some concrete repair and installed a WaterGuard XL drainage system, which allows water to drain out of her basement properly and keeps moisture out of the walls, and installed a SaniDry TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sump pump contains 3 pumps, one of which runs on a battery in case of a power outage.  Annette is one happy customer now knowing that her basement is moisture-free and is no longer causing any structural damage.
