This customer in Salem, OR found our company through Home Advisor needing some work done to their wet crawl space. They had noticed some water had been getting into the area and were concerned about damage and mold. Encapsulating the crawl space was suggested and the customer agreed. In just a few days our crews were out to their house and had all of the old materials cleaned out. They were then able to do some repairs to some of the posts that had the beginning signs of water damage. A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to stop any further moisture from getting in. Our anti-microbial woven CleanSpace material was installed and then the crawl space was finished with Spray Foam insulation. The customer now has a crawl space that is clean, dry along with saving him up to 33% on his energy consumption.
