Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Crawl space in Camas, WA
Patrick up in Camas, Washington saw our John's Waterproofing trucks out and about and decided to call our office because he currently had a sump pump and a fan in his crawl space but was noticing that some water was still coming in through the back walls. We sent one of our crews of professionals out to remedy the situation and they were quickly able to stop the water and remove all of the old debris that had built up for the years including taking out the older sagging insulation. A SuperSump pump was installed to keep pumping water out and away from the crawl space. The SuperSump features a 1/3 HP Zoeller cast iron pump ensuring reliability and high- volume pumping when needed. The crawl space was fully encapsulated with the antimicrobial CleanSpace vapor barrier and is guaranteed for approximately 25 years and the crawl space was then finished with Spray Foam insulation. Spray Foam is uniquely capable of thoroughly sealing the walls of your crawl space allowing for no air leaks. Patrick's crawl space is now a healthy, moisture-free space and will be for many many years.
