We sent a crew out to Ellen's house in Lake Oswego, Oregon because she having mold issues and was interested in encapsulating her basement. In just a few days they were able to locate where the issues were and installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, a SmartSump sump pump that will continue to pump out any water out and away from her house. They encapsulated the basement using patented CleanSpace material and then put in Spray Foam Insulation. Ellen now has a basement that she can use with no worries of having any moisture or mold issues.
