This customer called into John's Waterproofing stating that she had water coming into her crawl space so she wanted to enquire about having her crawl space encapsulated. She was worried about damage underneath her house and mold forming. An appointment was made and in a couple of days, Jake was out to her house to look around. He found where the water was coming in and went over the encapsulation process with the homeowner and she agreed this was what she wanted done to prevent any issues in the future.  Not long after, one of our crews were out at the property cleaning out the crawl space and installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The dehumidifier eliminates the moisture from the air. They then installed a TripleSafe Sump System which keeps your crawl space dry with triple protection. The crawl space was encapsulated with the antimicrobial CleanSpace vapor barrier and completed with Spray Foam insulation and new vent covers to the outside access.  Our customer now has a crawl space that she can count on to stay dry, clean and free of any possible mold or other issues.
