Lynn had recently purchased a home in Lake Oswego, Oregon she was unable to use due to there being some water issues. Colton went out to take a look and he suggested doing an encapsulation of the crawl space and Lynn agreed this sounded like just what she needed to ensure the health and safety of her home.  Ramon and his crew were out and in no time had the crawl space cleaned out and began the encapsulation process which included drying out the space with a SaniDry dehumidifier and installing a TripleSfae sump pump. The area was encapsulated with the CleanSpace vapor barrier and then Fernando went out to put in the Spray Foam insulation. New vent covers were also put in for the outside access.  Lynn not only has a dry crawl space but she also has a waterproofing system that is guaranteed for a very long.
