Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Moisture and Mold in Crawlspace - Wilsonville, OR

Daniel went out to do a free inspection on a home in Wilsonville, Oregon after the owner called in with concerns of moisture and mold. The homeowner Stan and Stephanie were expecting a baby and wanted to make sure their home was as healthy as possible. Daniel found the humidity levels in the crawl space were a bit high indicating moisture issues and the insulation had begun to sag, also a result of moisture. They agreed that encapsulating the crawl space with the CleanSpace vapor barrier was the best option.  John's Waterproofing is accredited with the American Lung Association we are very aware of the importance of having a clean, dry crawl space. Half of the air entering the first floor of your home comes from undeath the structure.... Lupe and his crew out to the home and in just a short time they had the crawl space dried out with a SaniDry dehumidifier and installed an UltraSump and Smart Sump pump system. The crawl space was encapsulated with CleanSpace and then Fernando was able to put in Spray Foam insulation.  This crawl space will stay mold and bacteria free for many years.
