William and Amanda had a home for sale that had falling insulation from rodents and water getting into their crawl space. They knew they had to get this fixed and knew that John's Waterproofing is a reliable company having been in business since 1974, so they called to schedule their free inspection. Design Specialist, Carolann came out, confirmed the issues, and suggested they do an encapsulation.  We then sent Lupe and his crew out where they were able to remove all of the debris that had accumulated, along with the insulation. They installed a SaniDry dehumidifier, a Smart Sump, and the CleanSpace vapor barrier and Spray Foam insulation. All of these working together to provide a dry, clean, rodent-free crawl space for many years. Adding value to the home as well.
