Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Outdated Sump Pump in Crawlspace - West Linn, Oregon

Mariah got a chance to talk to our customer Dale while at a Home & Garden Show. Hw was interested in waterproofing his crawl space and knew that he needed a new sump pump system. She got Dale scheduled to have a free inspection done by Vinny who was happy to come out and take a look. There was definitely some evidence of water damage so Vinny suggested having the crawl space encapsulated with CleanSpace and Dale agreed. There was also some sagging in the flooring and so some repairs using SmartJacks was included. Shortly after Delfino and his crew had the crawl space cleaned out and dried with a SaniDry dehumidifier and were then able to start the encapsulation process. SmartJack supports were put in. A Smart Sump sump pump was installed along with a TripleSafe pump, CleanSpace, and then Spray Foam to fully encapsulate this crawl space.
