Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Moisture leads to Sagging insulation in Crawlspace in Boring, Oregon

Galen called into John's Waterproofing to see about getting an inspection done on his crawl space. He had not been underneath his house in a long time so he knew that he someone to address whatever issues he might have. When Vinny went out to take a look, he noticed some debris and that the insulation had begun sagging due to moisture so he suggested encapsulating the crawl space. Galen agreed this was a great option.  Delfino took his crew out to Galen's home and got to work on the project which first entailed removing all of the debris. A SaniDry dehumidifier was installed to dry the crawl space. Then they installed a SuperSump Plus, the CleanSpace vapor barrier, and new vent covers. Then Fernando was able to come out and put in Spray Foam insulation.  No Galen has a healthy, dry crawl space that he no longer has to worry about.
