Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Soggy and Sagging Insulation in Crawl Space - Forest Grove, OR

This home in Forest Grove had a crawl space that was unusable due to having an old vapor barrier and soggy, sagging insulation. Also making this crawl space susceptible to mold.  One of our teams went, removed all of this and replaced it with a dehumidifier, and a new sump pump. Once dried out and functioning properly they laid down the patented CleanSpace liner and put in Spray Foam insulation making this crawl space usable and energy-efficient.
