Ron hadn't been underneath his home since he bought it 25 years ago, so when he saw one of our trucks driving around in town he decided to give us a call. Jacob went out, inspected the crawl space, and gave Ron a proposal for debris removal, installing a dehumidifier, sump pump, new vapor barrier, vent covers, and doing some repairs to some of the support posts that had begun to rot over time. Ron planned on living in the home for, at least another 25 years and now can do so knowing that his crawl space is dry and protected.
