This crawl space was very dirty and gross. The insulation was falling and the sump pump wasn't working the way it should be creating a wet environment. Donovan went out to take a look and suggested doing an encapsulation to keep this crawl space dry and healthy.  Gordon and his crew were able to go out and clean all of the debris and old materials. The crawl space was dried out and then they installed a dehumidifier, a new sump pump, vapor barrier, and then Spray Foam was put in for a fully encapsulated, efficiently running crawl space that will last for years.
