Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Musty Smell from CrawlSpace in Aurora, OR

Our customer in Aurora, Oregon was noticing there was a musty smell in his crawl space and wanted to have the crawl space waterproofed before any mold or damage occurred. Our crew went out and were able to clean out all of the debris and old materials. Then they started the encapsulation process which consisted of installing a dehumidifier, putting in a sump pump, vapor barrier, and then spray foam was put up for insulation which will keep this crawl space from having any moisture issues for many many years.
