Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Crawlspace Water Intrusion in Beaverton, OR

Jeff was purchasing a home that has had water and rodent intrusion in its crawl space. Sean went out and gave him an estimate on replacing the vapor barrier and insulation. Nathan then went out with his crew to get started on the project. This included cleaning out the existing debris and insulation that was in there. Then they installed a SaniDry dehumidifier, Super Sump, the CleanSpace vapor barrier, and vent covers. Fernando was out shortly after to do the spray foam insulation which completed the waterproofing process.  Jeff now has a fully encapsulated crawl space that he can rely on to stay dry and rodent free for many years.
