Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Moisture Damage in Crawlspace, Gresham, OR

This customer of John's Waterproofing just really wanted to make sure that her crawl space was a safe place so she had Jake come out to do an inspection. Jake found that the humidity was pretty high which can lead to moisture damage. He suggested having Nathan come out to encapsulate the crawl space. This included removing the old vapor barrier and insulation. A SaniDry dehumidifier was installed to keep the moisture out and the humidity low. A CleanSpace vapor barrier was put in along with a sump pump system and spray foam insulation. All of these components work together to keep the crawl space free of moisture and will do so for a very long time.
