This radiant barrier will help lower energy bills. We use this product for spaces where the basement will be finished, either by our TBF or by another.
WaterGaurd System
Our drainage system wraps around the entire basement parameter. Due to the size of this space, we also installed some perforated pipes through the room to ensure all groundwater is properly handled.
Clean and ready
The drainage system is then sealed in for a seamless finish that can be left as-is for an unfinished look or can be finished over.
