Unbeknownst to these homeowners, their homes basement had not been waterproofed before finishing. So after living in the home for a few years, they noted wet spots along the homes foundation in their carpet. When they pulled back the carpet, they found pooling water coming in along the hillside portion of their basement. To get this problem absolved, they called up John's Waterproofing. We installed a WaterGuard drainage system as well as ThermalDry radiant wall insulation. While our work will be covered for a seamless finish and then finished over, we are proud that our behind the scenes work will keep this home dry and healthy.
