Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Full Sunlight Basement Waterproofing and Refinishing - Canby, OR

This older home hadn't had the daylight basement upgraded in a while. It had a major flooding issue in the 90's and since then had been left generally unused. Now ready to take advantage of this space, they were looking to waterproof and refinish the space. After clearing out the space and waterproofing with a WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, ThermalDry Wall, and a SaniDry dehumidifier, the space was refinished by our finishing department.

The basement was a bit outdated and had old water damage that was throughout the space

The large daylight basement space had a wooden fall and rock wall, both below-grade with water damage behind them

Waterproofing

The basement was fully waterproofed, once the installation crew was done, the drainage system is smoothly covered to ensure the finished flooring isn't bumpy

ThermalDry wall insulation was installed on the basement walls before our finishing crew came out and refinished the space with drywall. ThermalDry flooring is then laid down.

The TripleSafe is located under a stairwell, keeping it out of the way and making it easy to access. The flooring will wrap around the sump pump.
