Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Water Issue Needs to be Solved - Portland, OR
This basement was left semi-finished. The floor was an epoxy and waterproof paint was on the foundation walls. This was all done to help convert the space into a display area for the homeowners large vinyl collection. However, waterproof paint will begin to bubble and let water through. The homeowner saw this happening only after a couple of years after applying the paint to the walls. They could see that it wouldn't be a solution to water issues so they reached out to John's Waterproofing for a solution that is made to last. We installed a full perimeter WaterGuard system, TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier and SaniDry dehumidifier. This space is now made to be dry and healthy!
