Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Standing Water in Salem Basement

This homeowner called us up, their basement had standing water in it. They had moved around the items that they knew couldn't get wet, but they would need help to get the water under control and keep it from coming back. We installed a full perimeter drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, BrightWall paneling, and a SaniDry dehumidifier.

The space had been built with a drain, but the water was not graded fully and it could not keep up with the water

After - TripleSafe Sump Pump

The new drain system collects water along the perimeter and grades it to the sump pump to be sent safely away from the home

The WaterGuard wraps around the space entirely to collect water from the ground and from the walls

A Comprehensive Solution

The space also had some old sections that hadn't been brought to basement depth. These were used for storage and we waterproofed along those sections using CleanSpace
