Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Moisture and Mold in Basement - Portland, OR

This home had a finished basement that was sporting some mold spores and moisture. The main issue seemed to occur in the laundry room, bathroom, and along a hallway. This side of the basement was on the upper side of the hill, and a majority of the foundation wall here was below grade. To address the homes water concerns we removed the damaged portions of the space. A drainage system was installed, TripleSafe sump pump, ThermalDry radiant vapor barrier, and a SaniDry dehumidifier.
