Gutted Basement
The space had been fully cleared out due to some long standing water issues and the space needed to be waterproofed and re-done.
Interior Drainage System
We installed a full interior drainage system with our WaterGuard

WaterGuard is installed to grade the collected water to the lowest point of the basement where we will then install a sump pump
Wall System
The homeowners chose to have us install a CleanSpace wall system
Dry, Stable, and Healthy
The wall system, will guide moisture from the walls safely to the new drain system to be dealt with in addition to any ground water that the basement faces
