Basement Exterior Door
The basement door was near the lowest point of the basement, to hide the new sump pump, dehumidifier, and their water heater, we would built out a room here.
Installing the Room
The room was constructed, putting up framing and insulation that is all made to last in a basement environment

The room houses all the appliances the homeowner doesn't want on display
