This homes basement had been partially finished, but water was coming in. Their painted floor was cracked, and odd odors were coming from behind their drywall. Patchy Vapor Barrier On Foundation

Pieces of vapor barrier were taped to the foundation to try to control water, but the simple tape had succumbed to the water and no long stuck in place
