Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Addressing Water Concerns in Basement - Lake Oswego, OR

This homes finished basement needed some work, one side in particular had a water problem that had broken through, into the living spaces. To address this the homeowner decided to get a full waterproofing system, ensuring that the water is dealt with fully and they can rest easy with their home staying dry and healthy.

Obvious Water Damage

This side of the basement had the biggest issue, with the wood paneling and the floor having water damage.

Minor Water Issues Along Baseboards

The basements were removed and some minor water issues could be found

Drainage

We removed the below-grade sections and made a trench around the interior perimeter of the basement for a WaterGuard drain system

Going Through the Wall

When walls are present, we will demo the damaged sections. The drainage will be run under the walls and our finishing crew will install paint ready drywall

TripleSafe Sump Pump

The drainage will collect and grade the water to the lowest point where a TripleSafe sump pump will work to send the water safely away from the home.
