This homes crawl space had been overlooked for a while. It was suffering from fiberglass insulation falling down, mold spores, and a muddy, chewed through old vapor barrier. To get the space repaired and healthy, we went in and did a full encapsulation. Now the space is properly insulated and fixed up to remain dry and healthy in the long run.

TerraBlock insulation was laid over the ground and sealed into place. Spray Foam will be applied to the foundation walls to complete the spaces insulation

New Vapor Barrier

The new vapor barrier that is installed is our CleanSpace vapor barrier, that is 20 Mil thick with a fiber woven through it to deter critters from getting in
