Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Torn Vapor Barrier in Bay City, Oregon
This homeowner in Bay City Oregon was informed by the cable installer that they had water in the crawlspace. Concerned about their foundation rotting, the homeowners called our company to come and provide the solution.
We installed our patented CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This system included removal wet insulation and torn vapor barrier prior to our crews coming in to create the new system.
Opting for added insulation and matting so they could use the space for storage, the homeowner chose to have us install Terra Block on the crawlspace floor prior to the crew installing the 20 mil. thick vapor barrier. Their system was complete with our Ultra Sump Sump Pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. They completed the system with Spray Foam insulation to provide them with additional savings and better air quality year around.
This homeowner now has a dry usable space with a 25-year transferable warranty and a healthier home.
